Do you need to completely cut out (or just cut down) on saturated fat intake to push back cancer reccurence? (1 min. 35 sec. video)

Dr. Michael Greger looks at studies that monitor cancer free periods of two groups of cancer patients: those that ate a high saturated fat diet and those that ate a lower saturated fat diet.

The results answer the questions: Is it necessary to completely cut out saturated fats in order to see a significant increase the amount of time before cancer reoccurs? Will just cutting back have any effect? Is it all or nothing?
